This isn’t just a renovation; it’s a full restoration to bring this architectural gem back to its glory days.
Albert Park is one of our newest project – a 125-year-old heritage home brimming with history and charm. From the intricate ironwork and bluestone foundations to the tessellated tiles and leadlight windows, every inch of this home tells a story—and every detail needs care. Our mission? To restore and rejuvenate while preserving the craftsmanship that makes this property truly special.
The project includes a full renovation of the existing dwelling including:
– A large rear ground floor extension with open-plan kitchen, living & dining
– Two new upper floor separate additions with bedrooms, bathrooms and a large office in each
– Extensive structural works including new footings and walls
– Full internal fit-out with detailed joinery and refined finishes
– New landscaped courtyard and garden spaces
– Outdoor kitchen and BBQ zone
The challenges are as captivating as the home itself: Should the historic front fence be restored or rebuilt? How do we salvage the gorgeous but rusted ironwork? Can the brickwork be revived to their former beauty?
Even the roof is getting a fresh start! We’re leaving no stone—or tile—unturned, and we can’t wait to share this journey with you.
